Hey! Ugh, I tried writing like ten different responses to this question because I give myself a headache. Final answer: yeah. I’ve pretty much totally lost interest in both of them, which is terrible, but which has also happened to me before. I just need to sit down and look at them and keep working. Especially because I’m VERY close to the end of A Different Kind of Alpha (12 or 15k or something of the ending written–out of probably 20 or 25k–and I only need a couple more chapters to reach the beginning of the end). TMIR was originally going to be much longer buuut I don’t see that happening at this point. Maybe I can throw another 50k together if I work at it but I dunno if anyone will even still be around by the time I reach that point so. Yeah. I honestly don’t even really know who’s still around now, especially since the show ended and I started falling out of fandom (which also sucks, I gotta work on that). I have a ton of subscribers on both and I’m sure people would still be interested, but like… motivation is hard. BUT. I don’t really have any plans for today so I promise to at least take a look at both of them and see what I can do. 

Thank you for being so understanding! Creative writing is great, but definitely saps a lot of my, y’know, creative writing energy lmao. But! Even though I’ve been struggling with fic (the WIPs and especially one shots) for a long time now, I do genuinely want to finish those to works, even if just for myself. They’re super long and I spent years on them, and finishing them would be something to be very proud of. I even used to think about one day going back and totally fixing them up (obviously my writing has improved from 2014 to 2019 haha), so I really, really would love to finish them. I should text my boyfriend, he’d definitely (lovingly) yell at me to write. Anyway, I’m super glad you’ve enjoyed both those fics and I do intend to finish both of them, or at the very least, ADKoA. Hey! That’s a tougher question than I’d like to admit. I barely write anymore (which is awful, but creative writing is actually my major now, so that + other school work keeps me busy), but hey, if anyone wants to send a fic prompt, you’re welcome to! If something sparked my interest, I would still definitely try to write it. And it is Christmas break, so I do have some free time. Just to warn you though, if you’re the person who was looking for that old fic of mine in the last ask, there’s a very slim chance I would ever write sciam again–I’m just not really into it anymore. Sterek stuff is probably your best bet, but try me! Glad you’re still interested <3

Wow it honestly took me a second to remember what fic that even was LOL. It was actually never on ao3, it was just a little tumblr fic. You can still see it on my fic page right here! I never delete my fics, so you can always find them on ao3 or my fic page :)
